Ingredients
- 3 c Vegetable stock
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 1 ts Nam Prik Pow sauce
- 2 oz Oyster mushrooms
- 1
- Inch Lemon grass
- -- coarsely separated
- -- finely chopped into rings
OR
button mushrooms- 3
- Kaffir lime leaves
- 2 sm Fresh red or green chilis
- -- roughly torn into three
- - (more if desired)
- 1 ts Sugar
- -- crushed to split open
Ingredients
TO GARNISH
- Coriander leaves
Directions
- In a large pan, bring the vegetable stock to the boil and stir in the Nam Prik Pow sauce.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring well until the mushrooms are just cooked but still al dente.
- Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
